Securing Your Appointment

Booking: All requests must be made via the website.
Deposits: A non-refundable £25 deposit is required to secure your slot. Appointments are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is payable in cash in full upon arrival, prior to the start of your treatment.

Professional Boundaries & Safety

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

Inappropriate Behaviour: Any form of inappropriate touching or requests for "non-massage services" occur. I have a zero-tolerance policy; sessions will end immediately without a refund.
Health & Wellbeing: The client has an infectious skin condition or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
General Safety: If I (the therapist) feel threatened or uncomfortable at any time.

Privacy & Security

CCTV: this is in operation at my professional home-based studio. This is purely for safety, professionalism, and peace of mind — both yours and mine.
Your Privacy: Cameras are non-intrusive and positioned to respect your privacy at all times. Recordings are used only for safety verification, are never published. Your discretion is 100% assured and client confidentiality is adhered to. If you should have any concerns prior please let me know.
